Sometimes orders don't quite make the delivery timescale as advertised, before emailing us please check that your order has actually been dispatched through your account.

If the status of your order says "complete" then it's been dispatched and is with the delivery service. More information regarding how long your delivery should take is provided on our dedicated delivery page.

With the likes of Royal Mail, if the service you have chosen is untracked then there will be no updates to any tracking information until they attempt delivery. All orders going DPD should have accurate tracking information.

If the time stated on the delivery page has passed the expected time window for arrival, please don't hesitate to contact us on our support systems at support@totalcards.net.
