This will depend on the Payment method you have selected :), If you have selected Cards, The payment will be taken out straight away. If you have any number of pre-order items in your basket we will still take the full payment for your order as we do not store any of your payment details and helps secure your product for you as detailed in our Pre-Order article. All payments are processed instantly rather than when your pre-order is ready to dispatch.

If you are using Klarna (UK only for now), This will depend on the option you pick, we have two options just now

Pay in 3: First payment will be taken at the point of sale and then the next 30 days after that and the next 30 after that

Pay in 30 Days: You will pay 30 days after this is shipped from us.

If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items we will keep your available items safe with us until everything is ready to dispatch, we do suggest that you place separate orders if you are unable to wait for the release of the pre-order item.

If you have already placed your order and need to have something sent out sooner, we are more than happy to split your order and dispatch these items, however, this may incur an extra postage charge, which our support team will let you know how much this is when you ask for this to be split
