We also have to comply with the PCI DSS - Official PCI Security Standards they are the security standard for organizations that handle branded credit cards from the major card schemes including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.

In the rare case that we have to refund your order manually through our terminal, we would need to ask for some specific card details (card number and expiry date) and we will always delete/ destroy these details once the refund transaction is complete to give you peace of mind that your details are not floating about in the ether somewhere.
