We always do our best to make sure your order is dispatched the same day Monday to Sunday (minus Sunday for Royal Mail) - as long as everything is in stock and your order is placed before 4:15 pm for Royal Mail (Weekdays, 12:15 pm for Saturday) and 4:30 pm for DPD (excluding orders which include pre-order items, unless it’s the product’s release date).
We're a small team, but we always strive to achieve this! If your order is placed after these times, it will be dispatched the next day, so if you're in a hurry you can select a collection service if you are local at checkout.
During bank holidays or industrial action, this will impact delivery times - we'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible though. For any other delivery queries, please refer to our Delivery Page.
Please bear in mind that when ordering, you are paying for the delivery service and not the date that these items are expected to arrive.
