Sometimes orders don't quite make the delivery timescale as advertised, before emailing us check that your order has actually been dispatched on your account.

If the status of your order says "complete" then it's been dispatched and is with the delivery service. More information regarding how long your delivery should take is provided on our dedicated delivery page.

If the time stated on the delivery page has passed the expected time window for arriving, please don't hesitate to contact us.
