Tracking issues

So you have placed your order and you have received your shipping notification email. Now is the most anxiety-inducing time as your order is on its way to you. One way we like to help deal with that anxiety is by providing tracking details for specific orders so that you can follow along with your parcels journey as it makes its way to you. There are some different tracking options for the services we use for our deliveries and these will be listed below

Royal Mail Standard 48 service - This is the free service you receive for spending £20 or more. This service is untracked and so when it is shipped you will be provided with a unique identifying reference number for your parcel/ letter. When you use this number in Royal Mails Track and Trace service it will most likely come up with the following message

This is because this service is classed as an untracked service and will only update as they are in the process of delivering this to you. Please note that this is most likely the slowest of the services we currently use

Royal Mail Tracked 48 service - When you place an order over £30 with us you get the option for free Tracked 48 delivery. While this is also a slow service itself the fact that your order is tracked makes it a lot easier to keep informed of where your parcel is in its journey. You will receive a proper tracking number with this order but this may only be generated once Royal Mail has picked up your order so if you receive a message with a long 21-digit number instead of a 13 Digit reference please get in touch with our support team at [email protected] and they will make sure that you get the correct and up to date tracking number for your order

Royal Mail Tracked 24 service - For any order above £80, you will be offered the free Tracked 24 service from Royal Mail which is their quickest service and also the one they prioritise over almost any other form of delivery. This will have a 13-digit tracking number just the same as the Tracked 48 service and will come with updates upon each and every scan of the parcel as it moves through the system. Please note that this service can still take a couple of days to reach you depending on how backlogged the Mail depots are.

DPD Express Next Day service - This is the quickest of our services and is offered free on orders over £125.00 and we would recommend that if you are going to be using the DPD service you download the MyDPD app as this will keep you constantly updated on the status of your delivery. While DPD is the quicker and more reliable service there are still times when their services can be affected. The tracking number for DPD services is a 16-digit number as shown below

DPD Express Weekend - While this is the most expensive of the delivery services we offer it also allows for a lot of flexibility in receiving your order as both Saturdays and Sundays are included with this service however, if they don't manage to get this delivered on a weekend it will automatically revert to a DPD Next Day service. The tracking number will show as above

***PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ARE SERVICES AND NOT SPECIFIC DATES YOU ARE PAYING FOR AND ANY DATES ADVISED WILL ALWAYS BE ESTIMATES***

In regard to international deliveries. If you were expecting your order to have reached you by now and it hasn't please get in touch with our support team as there is not much opportunity to track Royal Mail Parcels once they leave the country and the same can be true for DPD but we can always use your details and reach out to either service provider to check on the status of your order and when you can expect it. Please also be aware that the reason your order may not have reached you is that it is sitting in customs in your country and they have been attempting to reach you for duties payment. Please make sure you have checked with customs in your country first to see if your order is with them
