For any items that are currently in stock, we take instant payment at the checkout for the goods in your basket and this insures your quantity of the chosen product. If you have any number of pre-order items in your basket, we will still take the full payment for your order, as we do not store any of your payment details. All payments are processed instantly rather than when your pre-order is ready to dispatch.

If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items, we will keep your available items safe with us until everything is ready to dispatch. We do suggest that you place separate orders if you are unable to wait for the release of the pre-order item.

If you have ordered in-stock items as well, we are able to split your order but this can sometimes incur additional shipping costs, (only applied if orders are split and then fall under the free shipping cost threshold) so we suggest placing multiple orders if you need other items sooner.

If you have paid for a method of shipping, we can also downgrade your method to help cover the costs of 2 shipments.

In the case of an order placed where the payment method chosen is Klarna we will only invoice the order once it is being shipped meaning Klarna will not charge any payments until this point so please make sure you are aware of this when using Klarna to pay for your order.
