Lottery Terms & Conditions

From time to time we find ourselves with products that are in extremely high demand by players and collectors, and sadly, due to short numbers during allocations, we may need to handle these very differently than other products.

One way in which we do this is by our “lottery” system. This is unlike the usual lottery systems that you may be aware of in the form of gambling, so within this, we will explain how this will work.

When we get a product that is in high demand but short supply, we will add it to our website with the information about it being a “lottery” product and it will then only have the option to sign up with your email to be entered into a chance of being able to purchase the item in question.

When Total Cards decides to draw the “Lottery”, we will then draw at random the number of emails for the number of products that we have available.
The customer's emails who were drawn will then be contacted to be notified that they have been selected and will also be given a secret link to which they will be able to then follow through with making the purchase for the item in question.

Once you have been sent the email, it will notify you of how long you have to be able to make the purchase before you are removed from being able to purchase and it is then allotted to someone else.

Lottery Terms & Conditions

  • Total Cards reserves the right to refuse any lottery application without any given reason.

  • When signing up for the lottery, you are agreeing that you are intending to purchase the item in question If you are chosen within the draw.

  • If you are chosen by the draw, you have to follow through with the purchase within the time frame explained in the confirmation email. Failure to do so will result in you being removed from being able to make the purchase.

  • If Total Cards is left with any stock left over, these may be raffled/sold or offered in future giveaways.

  • Total Cards reserves the right to withdraw any lottery that is either in progress or before it starts without notice or reason.
