Sometimes there may be delays to your order and when you have placed your order through a credit or debit card you can rest assured that your order is secured. However, if you have placed your order using Klarna as your payment method, there is a certain amount of time your order will stay open with Klarna before expiring and having to be replaced.
If this is to occur we will reach out to you and let you know and ask if you would like to replace the order with Klarna, if you would like to pay outright for your order with a credit or debit card or if you would like to cancel your order.
We would send you an invoice to pay for the order which you can use Klarna again or you can pay out right, this is down to you π

If you would prefer to cancel your order then our support team will get that sorted for you too and any funds already captured will be returned to you through Klarna
