What happens when your Klarna order has been extended the maximum amount of times?

Sometimes there may be delays to your order and when you have placed your order through a credit or debit card you can rest assured that your order is secured. However, if you have placed your order using Klarna as your payment method, there is a certain amount of time your order will stay open with Klarna before expiring and having to be replaced.

If this is to occur we will reach out to you and let you know and ask if you would like to replace the order with Klarna, if you would like to pay outright for your order with a credit or debit card or if you would like to cancel your order.

Depending on your choice there are some different methods we would need to go through. If you would like to replace your order through Klarna we would cancel your original order and then you can go ahead and make the order again just as you did before.

If you prefer to pay outright with a credit or debit card then we would leave the order as is on our system and allow it to be cancelled on Klarna's end but before doing so we will issue you a generated payment link where you can securely pay for your order using a credit or debit card.

If you would prefer to cancel your order then our support team will get that sorted for you too and any funds already captured will be returned to you through Klarna
