Here at Total Cards, each of us is a collector in some way, so we understand that some purchases are intended for sealed collections. This means that our customers often require their products to arrive in pristine condition.

We always strive to ship the best quality items and grade any that we do not consider pristine, notifying you accordingly.

If you are ordering for a sealed collection, please leave a note in the comments section of your order or contact our support team at [email protected]. This allows us to inform our warehouse team to take extra special care when packing your order.

Should you have any concerns or issues, our support team is here to help in any way they can.

Please note that if you do not inform us and your order arrives with cosmetic damages (such as a scuff mark on the corner, a small tear in the outer packaging, rips in the cellophane, or tiny holes from the manufacturing process), we will not be able to cover the cost of returning the item as its main functionality remains unaffected.

If you wish to return the item and are still within our returns period, please refer to our Returns Policy. If you did not inform us that you are a sealed collector, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees as well as any reshipping fees.
