Make sure we know you want your products shiny and sealed

Here at Total Cards each and every one of us is a collector in some way or another so we understand that some people make purchases designed to go into a sealed collection. This often means that they will require their products in absolute pristine condition.

We will always ship the best quality ones we can and any that we deem as not pristine we do grade and let you know!!

When this is the case we advise leaving a note in the order comments of your order/ getting in touch with our support team ([email protected]) explaining that you are ordering for a sealed collection and in doing so we can advise the warehouse to take extra special care when packing your order.

If you have any concerns or issues doing so give our support team a shout and they will help in whatever way they are able to.

Please note if you do not let us know and this arrives with Cosmetic Damages (i.e a scuff mark in the corner or a tiny bit of a rip in the outer packaging, rips in the cellophane or little holes from the manufacturing process) we will not be able to have this sent back to us at our cost as the main functionality of the product is not affected

If you do want to send this back and you are still inside out returns period, please see here for the Returns Policy and you have not let us know you are a sealed collector the returns fee is on you as well as any reshipping fees
