While we have a number of different payment options one that is not often discussed is our store credit service.
With this service, you are able to add any amount between £1 and £500 and it will be available for use immediately, whether you are ordering online or in-store.
Please note, if your order includes anything else like a sticker or another product, it may delay the Store Credit being added to your account. Our friendly team will be happy to help you with this and make sure you can use it as soon as possible.
There may also be times when we need to ask for additional fees due to price changes, product swaps or shipping options being altered and this is the easiest way to manage these fees.
If you need to add Store Credit to your account for any reason please follow the following instructions.

Once you are on the Store Credit page there is a box for you to enter the amount of store Credit you wish to place on your account or is required for additional fees (minimum of £1 to a maximum of £500)
Once you have input the amount of store credit you wish to add click/ tap the add to basket button and proceed through the steps to checkout to choose your method of payment which will either be Credit/ Debit Card or in some cases if you have enough Reward Points you can utilise these to purchase your Store Credit
Make sure all the relevant details for your payment method are correct including your address, postcode, Security code of your payment card etc and make sure to check the "I have read and accepted the Terms and conditions" box. Once you know all your details are correct and you have accepted the Terms and Conditions you can click the "Place Order" button and your Store Credit purchase will be complete and will be ready for you to use straight away if you are adding this for personal use. If this is for additional fees then once your order is complete, let our support team know the order number and they will make sure the relevant fees are subtracted from your Store Credit so that we can use them for whatever they are required for.
