After much perusing of our website, you have finally located the perfect item and now you need it delivered to your well-deserving hands. We have a few options for this depending on how speedy you want your order delivered, how much you are willing to spend and where you are located. We will list these options below

Royal Mail

With Royal Mail, there are several service options (Standard 48, Tracked 48 and Tracked 24) and package types (Letter, Large Letter and Parcel) to encompass the delivery options.

We have Standard non-tracked service, Tracked 48 service and Tracked 24 service. (Please bear in mind that untracked services along with any letter service are not currently prioritised by Royal Mail)

Standard non-tracked service is the cheapest and basic service that they offer and will almost always take the longest time to reach you whether it is a letter, Large Letter or Parcel. This is the service we offer to each and every customer that has spent over £20 with us for free as long as they live in the mainland UK. Since this service is untracked there will be no way to keep an eye on your order while it is in Transit and we will not be able to raise an investigation until 10 working days have passed

Tracked 48 service means that your order should essentially reach you within 48 hours and you can follow along with the progress of your delivery while you wait. This is the mid-range of both price and timeframes and is given as a free delivery option for all orders over £30

Tracked 24 service is the quickest but most expensive of the Royal Mail options and will normally get your order to you within a day or two. This service is offered free of charge on any order of £90 or above. While this is the most expensive of the Royal Mail services it is the one most likely to get your order to you the quickest.

DPD

DPD are the quickest courier service we have for mainland UK in terms of delivering parcels the Next Day. There are 2 options for DPD that we have to offer.

DPD Next Day is the standard DPD service offered to all orders made that are above £100 for free and will almost always have your order to you the next day as long as that day is a working day. Saturday and Sunday do not count for this service so if you place your order on a Friday it will most likely arrive with you on the Monday following the weekend

DPD Weekend is the service used exclusively for Saturdays and Sundays. Any order made with us over £150 will have this as a free delivery option. An order made on a Friday before the cut-off time will have the option for DPD Weekend delivery if it is over £150 along with the Free DPD Next Day option.

You can track your order the whole way with DPD using the MyDPD app.

These couriers also account for our international deliveries with some exceptions and for international we also have the added benefit of DHL as a delivery partner. They are the mid-tier between Royal Mail and DPD meaning they are quicker than Royal Mail but more expensive and slightly slower than DPD but much less expensive. This all does depend on the country the package is going to for which service will be available and we do need to remind our international customers that orders leaving the UK for other countries will be subject to Shipping Fees and Customs Duties.
