I have not received my points?

With every purchase, you will earn reward points. These points will be kept safe in the system until your order has been packed and dispatched. 

We have a number of protocols in place to ensure that your points are correctly calculated and if for any reason your order is changed, canceled or partially refunded. We would need to remove points from your account. This can become a very problematic, especially if you have spent said points.

So by holding onto your points until your order leaves us rather than being issued immediately after purchase, prevents any issues surrounding your points not being calculated correctly.
