Splitting your order is not a problem at all and in most circumstances your order can be split for free upon request.
In some circumstances, a product may be delayed and if this is the case, our staff will be in touch with you to explain the situation and all possible options. If you require your order splitting due to a significant product delay, then we can split your order for free providing it is available / in stock elsewhere online in the UK.
In some situations, manufacturers may move release dates and in this case, we wouldn't be able to split an order for free unless it is over £40 as we have no control over the change of release dates.
However if it falls under this amount we would require an additional shipping charge, to calculate this amount simply drop us an email or call and one of our support staff who will be more than happy to advise.
Alternatively, If your order contains a pre-order item and you need certain items from this order right now, and are unable to wait for the release of the pre-order item before everything is shipped out. We can do the same as above with regards to splitting the order but again the total would need to be over £40 otherwise there will be a small charge to cover the cost to enable us to split your order.
If you have paid for a specific delivery method, then again, we would be able to split an order and send out the in stock items with your selected delivery method. However, the pre order items which would be sent at a later date, will only go via Royal Mail 2nd class if these items total more than £20 and our over night courier if over £175.
If you want the second part of your order to be shipped using a different method other than 2nd class, then this can be done at an additional charge.
For any International orders, please get in touch with our support staff who will be more than happy to assist with any requests to split orders.
If we are unable to split an order for you, then we do have the ability to add credit to your account to cover any additional postage if required.
